BU Community Business is responsible for health and safety at Chapel Gate but every user has a responsibility when on site for their booking, participants and to raise any concerns to the appropriate staff members. Here’s what to do in the event of an incident:

In the event of a fire, accident or other serious incident, you should contact 999 immediately to get assistance. You then immediately need to report the incident to Bournemouth University by phoning 01202 962222 at any time of the day or night.

In addition to your own club’s reporting procedures, any accidents, near misses or environmental incidents on site must be reported to Chapel Gate staff through the online reporting form
